Food Sensitivity Test

Collection Method: Blood serum (mobile phlebotomist or lab)
The 144 Food Panel is an advanced food sensitivity test that measures multiple antibody types — IgG, IgA, and IgG₄ — against 144 food and food-related analytes. It’s designed to help identify delayed immune reactions to foods, so you can make dietary changes that reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and support overall health.
IgG (Immunoglobulin G): Involved in delayed food reactions, but can also indicate tolerance or recent exposure. Not accurate on it's own.
IgG4 (Immunoglobulin G4): A subclass of IgG that provides insight into whether the immune system is showing true reactivity or developing tolerance to a food.
IgA (Immunoglobulin A): Involved in food sensitivities related to GI mucosal immunity.
This test is especially helpful if you:
Have digestive issues, bloating, gas, or other gut symptoms that seem linked to food but not catching them with standard allergy tests
Suspect delayed reactivity (symptoms show up hours or days after eating)
Need to tailor a diet to reduce inflammation, heal the gut lining, improve energy, or support skin and immune health
Want to see more than just IgE-mediated allergies — this panel adds IgA and IgG₄ which may uncover reactions invisible to basic allergy testing
144 Food's tested:
Beans/Nuts/Legumes/Seeds
Vegetables
Fruits
Dairy
Meats/Poultry
Seafood
Grains
Flavor Enhancers
This test is best combined with the comprehensive stool test, as food sensitivities cause intestinal inflammation and occur due to a gut health issue (i.e increased intestinal permeability or "leaky gut") which needs to be addressed in order to reintroduce reactive foods.
